At Jamuni Doraa, every piece is thoughtfully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. As a small business, we currently offer exchanges only and do not support returns or refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted only for size issues, damaged products, or wrong items received
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
Exchange is subject to stock availability
Minor color variation due to screen settings or lighting will not be considered a defect

Mandatory Proof

An unboxing video is required for any damage, defect, or wrong-item claim
Clear photos of the product and packaging may also be requested
This helps us ensure fair evaluation and quick resolution

No Returns / No Refunds Policy

As we are a small business, returns and refunds are not available

Exchange Process

Contact us via WhatsApp/Email with your order details and reason for exchange
Share the required proof for review
Our team will verify and approve the request if it meets our policy
Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange steps

Exchange Shipping

Customers may need to bear shipping charges for exchanges
Reverse pickup availability depends on serviceability of your location
If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product

Non-Eligible Items

Products purchased on sale or discount may not be eligible for exchange
Items without tags, used items, or items returned without approval will not be accepted
Exchange requests made after the 48-hour window may not be considered

Processing Time

Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the product back
